Constructed 4 Old Farmers Almanac's within a 3-month period. Using cost saving measures saved OFA over 30% from the previous 2 stores. All 4 stores were completed within a 6-week period using custom components in all stores.

Designed the Old Farmers Almanac Stores and constructed (3) prototypes in the same year

Implemented the prototype design for the new American Outpost Stores. Managed the construction for the store buildouts, fixtures, and completed many remodels all on time, and within budgets.

Completed a 125-store remodel and 15 new store openings for County Seat. A Nationwide program that included new wall finishes, ceiling modifications, new lighting, and a complete new fixture package designed and furnished by our fixture division. All done within (4) months while stores were in operation.

Designed the new County Seat Store prototype. Completed (15) total store buildouts within budget, on schedule!
